These gatherings provide a space to slow down, release stress and reconnect with the body through calming sound frequencies and guided somatic awareness.
Each circle is intentionally limited in size to preserve the intimacy and safety of the experience. Pricing varies per experience.

Micro-Retreats
A Private 3-Hour Group Experience
My Micro-Retreats are designed for businesses, leadership teams, wellness groups and private gatherings seeking a meaningful shared experience that promotes relaxation, connection and emotional reset.
Participants are guided through a deeply restorative experience that includes a subconscious-level sound immersion, somatic healing practices and optional add-ons. Pricing varies per experience.
The setting is intentionally intimate: participants rest comfortably in a circle surrounded by candlelight and calming elements that create a safe and peaceful atmosphere.
